Sidney W. Davidson, III, Managing Member started his business career with JP Morgan where he spent 13 years in the corporate finance department of which 6 were spent in Brazil and Chile. Mr. Davidson has been an active participant in the real estate markets in New York City, Buenos Aires, Argentina, São Paulo, Brazil, and Santiago, Chile. In South America he represented Lend Lease (successor entity to Equitable Life) in their real estate investments when the company managed in excess of $40 billion in real estate assets worldwide for institutional clients.

In 1993 Mr. Davidson led a group of investors that bought the Pan American World Airway's trademarks (registered in over 75 countries). Mr. Davidson's group sold their interest in 1994.

Mr. Davidson is a graduate of Yale College.
